Delivery to Posti's parcel machine
You can pick up the package from the machine whenever it suits you, for example on a shopping trip. You will receive the code by text message, as well as in OmaPosti, which is used to open the drawer.
Posti's machine can accommodate shipments with a maximum size of 59 x 36 x 60 cm.
Here's how it works:
1) You will receive an arrival notification
When we have delivered the package to the machine, you will receive the machine's information in OmaPosti and as a text. Apply for a package today or within 7 days at the latest.
2) Look at the compartment number and open it with the code
In the arrival notice, we will tell you the compartment number and the 6-digit opening code. Open the drawer with the code.
3) Grab the package and close the drawer
Thank you and see you again!
Delivery to Posti's pick-up point
When you pick up a package from the post office, take the arrival notice or delivery ID and shoulder straps (driver's license, passport or police-issued identity card) with you. The job is also done when you show the collection code directly from the OmaPosti application.
Receiving the package
We notify the recipient with a mobile app notification, text message or email when the package is available for pickup.
The recipient receives the package from the pick-up points with the help of a pick-up code. You can copy the pick-up code from the Paketit application and pass it on to a spouse, friend or mother, who will have your package picked up against the code. You can also forward the received arrival notification via text message to another person for picking up the package. A power of attorney is not required.
The recipient of a package that has arrived at the parcel machine can pick it up with a compartment code, which we send to the recipient with a mobile app notification, text message or email in the arrival notification.
The storage period for the package is 7 days, after which the uncollected package is returned to the sender. The recipient can extend the storage period in 7, 14 and 21 day increments easily online when you have registered as a Matkahuolto customer.
Matkahuolto Lähellä package travels reliably in Finland to Kesko, R-kiosk and Matkahuolto's own pick-up points. Matkahuolto has approx. 2,000 pick-up points in central locations in Finland. For example, 57% of Finns live less than 1 km from Matkahuolto pick-up points, and within a radius of less than 3 km, pick-up points already reach up to 82% of Finns.
Budbee Home Delivery
Delivery directly to your door during the afternoon and evening. If you don't happen to be at home, you can instruct us to leave the package outside the door or choose delivery for another day. We use renewable diesel and electricity in our transport, from picking up the package to the last Mile.
When you choose Budbee's home delivery, you will receive an SMS when the delivery time is approaching. The message contains a link to track the delivery and, if necessary, edit it. Budbee's home deliveries take place on weekdays between 17:00 and 22:00. You can also track your order directly with Budbee's own application.
If you want to return the products you ordered, you can order Budbee pickup at your door using the same SMS link and choose a pick-up time that suits you. The return is free of charge. If you return the entire order, we will not refund the delivery fee charged for home delivery.
When receiving the order, please check that the shipment is correct and externally intact. When you notice the damage, immediately make a note in the shipping documents in the presence of the driver and report the damage to the customer service of the National Team online store.

Matkahuolto Home delivery
You can choose Matkahuolto Kotijakelu for larger deliveries and get your shopping conveniently delivered to your door.
When the package is ready for delivery, Matkahuolto sends you a message asking you to agree on a delivery time.
Matkahuolto delivers your package to your door at the agreed time, in the biggest cities also in the evenings and on weekends. You can also give permission to leave the shipment at the door if you are not at home to receive it.
If the delivery cannot be handed over for some reason, the driver will call you at the number found in the shipping information so that the package can be delivered. If the driver cannot reach you, your package will be guided with the driver to the nearest free Matkahuolto pick-up point, where you can pick it up when it suits you.

The products can be picked up 4 weeks after the customer has received an e-mail message that the order is available for pick up.
Uncollected orders are automatically returned to the warehouse and money is not returned, if the customer has not canceled the order.

Instructions for exchanging and returning the productThe official products of the Finnish national football teams are sold by Fanimo Oy. Fanimo Oy has a valid customer return agreement with Posti and Matkahuolto.

Attach the product exchange and return form that came with your order to the return. Mark on the form which products you want to exchange / return. When exchanging products, also indicate which product and size you want instead. Attach the completed form to your package.

The products must be returned in the original delivery package, well packed. The product must be unused and in salable condition, with all tags and tags attached in its original packaging. Game shirts with prints are not subject to the right of return.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products
Once you have received the delivery, you should immediately check that the delivered products are intact and otherwise free of defects. Also make sure that the delivery includes all the products you ordered.
If the delivered product is damaged during transport, you should immediately make a complaint to the transport company. In addition to this, you can contact us as mentioned earlier upon noticing the error and within 14 days at the latest. Report the error to Fanimo's customer service by email ( email@example.com ). Attach pictures of the defective product to the message.
If it is confirmed that there is an error in the delivery or the product, Fanimo primarily has the right to correct the error within a reasonable time or to deliver a replacement without error.

Collector invoice or Installment payment
You can pay for purchases up to €5,000 with the Collector Invoice/Instalment service. For the Collector Invoice, you always get an interest-free* payment period of at least 30 days and up to 60 days.
The invoice is due for payment only on the last day of the calendar month following the date of purchase. (* Payment term interest is 0%, a €2.95 invoicing fee is added to the first invoice)
You can pay the entire balance of the invoice on the due date or you can also choose installments of 1-36 months. Installment payment starts automatically when the minimum installment indicated on the invoice has been paid. If you wish, you can also pay in larger installments or pay off the entire balance at once.
The installment interest is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a nominal annual interest rate of 19.20%. An account management fee of €2.95 per month is added to the bill, in which case the effective annual interest calculated for a purchase of €1,000 is 21.3%.
The Collector Invoice/Partial Payment can be used by a person who has reached the age of 20 and has impeccable credit. Collector Bank AB performs a credit check in connection with the order.
