Game jersey designer Klaus Haapaniemi

Klaus Haapaniemi, who built his career in Italy and London, currently lives and works in Berlin and Helsinki. He is known for his collaborations with iconic, international brands in Europe and especially in Japan, where his work has been featured in exhibitions and department stores. Innovative design, artistry and craftsmanship culminate in the Klaus Haapaniemi & Co. label, founded by Haapaniemi and Mia Wallenius, which focuses on sophisticated pattern design. Their approach challenges the industry’s obsession with trends and categorization, emphasizing a slower and more deliberate artistic process, while creating products that blur the line between commercial and artistic, and therefore stand the test of time.
