Refund policy
The national team's online store has a 14-day exchange and return right. Exchanging and returning products is free of charge.
Note! The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. Jerseys with prints are therefore not covered by the right of return.
The refund will be paid after we have received and inspected the returned product. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Postage for the original order will not be refunded. Please note that it may take 14 days for returns to be processed at our warehouse.
Instructions for exchanging and returning the product
The official products of the Finnish national football teams are sold by Fanimo Oy.
Fanimo Oy has a valid customer return agreement with Posti and Matkahuolto.
The return is free for the customer.

Attach the product exchange and return form that came with your order to the return. Mark on the form which products you want to exchange / return. When exchanging products, also indicate which product and size you want instead. Attach the completed form to your package.

The products must be returned in the original delivery package, well packed. The product must be unused and in salable condition, with all tags and tags attached in its original packaging. Jerseys with prints are not subject to the right of return.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products
Once you have received the delivery, you should immediately check that the delivered products are intact and otherwise free of defects. Also make sure that the delivery includes all the products you ordered.
If the delivered product is damaged during transport, you should immediately make a complaint to the transport company. In addition to this, you can contact us as mentioned below.
If you notice that the delivery or the product is otherwise incorrect, you must report the error to Fanimo's customer service by e-mail (kauppa@palloliitto.fi) without delay, and no later than within 14 days. Attach pictures of the defective product to the message.
If it is confirmed that there is an error in the delivery or the product, Fanimo primarily has the right to correct the error within a reasonable time or to deliver a replacement without error.
